डीयू वीसी का व्यवहार आतंकियों जैसाः डूटा अध्यक्ष
चार वर्षीय स्नातक पाठ्यक्रम को लेकर यूजीसी से जारी तनातनी के बीच डीयू के कुलपति के इस्तीफे को लेकर संशय बना हुआ है। इसी बीच, दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय शिक्षक संघ की अध्यक्ष नंदिता नारायण ने कहा कि कुलपति का व्यवहार आतंकियों जैसा है।

DU admission row: UGC standing panel to meet today

"We have a standing committee meeting at 4 pm today (Monday) at the UGC where we will discuss strategies for the migration to the three-year programme," said DUTA president Nandita Narain.

The Commission on Saturday constituted the standing committee headed by the UGC vice chairman with representatives from the academic and executive councils of DU, Delhi University Teachers Association (DUTA), Delhi University Students Union (DUSU), college principals and teachers to advise the varsity on change-over.

After several letters to the varsity, the Commission on Sunday ordered the Delhi University that it should make admissions for the under-graduate courses only under the three-year programme, which was prevalent prior to the introduction of the four-year programme (FYUP), or face action under the UGC Act, 1956...

यूजीसी ने दिल्ली यूनिवर्सिटी के अंडर ग्रेजुएट कोर्सेज को चार साल की बजाय तीन साल करने के निर्देश दिए है। यूजीसी ने अखबारों में जारी एक पब्लिक नोटिस में छात्रों से कहा है कि वे चार साल वाले अंडर ग्रेजुएट कोर्सों में एडमिशन न लें।
