"The Chief Minister has paid tributes to Neeraj Kumar and Rahul Kumar, who were killed in separate encounters with the terrorists, and has announced a financial assistance of Rs 20 lakh each to their family members," an official spokesman said here in a statement.

Neeraj and Rahul were killed in separate encounters with militants on August 24 in Jammu and Kashmir.
